Job Description:

The Sr. Captain is responsible for supervising service operations on the floor, ensuring guests receive excellent service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The role involves team leadership, guest engagement, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of service staff during shifts.

  • Ensure smooth and efficient service flow in the restaurant.

  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.

  • Train and mentor junior staff, maintaining service standards.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.

  • Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining experience.
