LPG Leak Safety: Call 1906 and Use Authorised Service

घर में LPG की smell आए तो match, lighter या cigarette बिल्कुल न जलाएं। कोई electrical switch, bell, exhaust fan या plug operate न करें, क्योंकि spark ignition कर सकता है। अगर safely possible हो तो stove knobs और regulator बंद करें, doors/windows खोलें और लोगों को area से बाहर ले जाएं।

सुरक्षित दूरी पर जाकर All-India 24×7 LPG leakage helpline 1906 पर call करें। Distributor या technician के लिए search-ad number पर निर्भर न रहें; cylinder receipt, official app/site या registered distributor से contact verify करें। Technician आने पर ID, service request number और proposed replacement part पूछें। Regulator, hose या valve को tape, pin या unapproved part से repair न करें।

Routine booking में hose condition, regulator connection और ventilation check कराएं; service charge और replaced part का invoice लें। Leak को flame से test करना बेहद unsafe है। Smell तेज हो, leak control न हो या fire का risk हो तो building से निकलें, safe distance से emergency help बुलाएं और वापस अंदर तभी जाएं जब authorised responder safe बताए।
