Pest-control quotation में केवल “general treatment” पर्याप्त description नहीं है। पहले pest type, affected rooms, infestation level और proposed method लिखवाएं। Cockroach gel, termite drilling और mosquito fogging अलग treatments हैं; एक vague package से हर समस्या का समाधान मानना गलत है।

Technician से product name, active ingredient, registration/label details और manufacturer instructions दिखाने को कहें। Dilution, application area, ventilation और re-entry time label के अनुसार होना चाहिए। बच्चों, pregnant residents, older people, pets, aquariums या respiratory conditions की जानकारी service provider को पहले दें। Food, utensils और medicines को treatment plan के अनुसार cover या remove करें।

Quote में number of visits, covered area, exclusions, follow-up, warranty condition और tax invoice शामिल हों। Treatment के बाद product label या service sheet की photo रखें। Smell खत्म होना safety का प्रमाण नहीं है; stated re-entry time और cleaning instruction follow करें। Exposure या symptoms हों तो fresh air लें, product label साथ रखें और medical/poison-control advice लें—घरेलू remedy से chemical exposure का अनुमान न लगाएं।
