Job Description:
As an HR Recruiter at Quicklyindia Technology Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting talented individuals to join our software company. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for various positions within the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that we have a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's goals and values.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements for open positions.
2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
3. Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal referrals to source potential candidates.
4. Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates' credentials and employment history.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
7. Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
9. Extend job offers to selected candidates and assist with the negotiation of employment terms.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
11. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
12. Participate in career fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment activities to attract top talent.
13. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the software industry.
3. Strong understanding of software development roles and the technical skills required for those positions.
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
5. Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
6. Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
9. Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
10. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
