Workers already registered on eShram do not need to register again for the One-Stop Solution. The official FAQ says they can log in with their Universal Account Number to view or track integrated schemes.
Registration is free. An eligible unorganised worker can self-register on the official portal or use an assisted Common Service Centre. The FAQ lists Aadhaar and an Aadhaar-linked mobile number for self-registration. A worker without an Aadhaar-linked mobile can visit a CSC or State Seva Kendra and use biometric authentication.
The eShram card does not expire and no renewal is required. However, workers should keep their mobile number, current address, occupation, bank information, education and skills up to date. Existing users can update details after login; mobile-number changes can also be handled through the Update profile using Aadhaar route or at a CSC/SSK.
Registration does not automatically guarantee every scheme benefit. Each scheme keeps its own eligibility and administration rules.
