Courier and Parcel Checklist: Packing, Tracking and Claims

Parcel की safe delivery सिर्फ “fragile” sticker पर निर्भर नहीं करती। Contents के आकार और वजन के अनुसार मजबूत outer box, cushioning और tamper-resistant sealing करें। Sender और receiver details बाहर साफ लिखें और एक duplicate address slip parcel के अंदर रखें। Packing से पहले item की condition और serial number की photos लें।

Carrier की prohibited/restricted-items list पढ़ें। Batteries, liquids, medicines, valuables, currency और dangerous goods के rules product और destination के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं। Counter staff को contents गलत बताना claim और safety दोनों को नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है। Declared value, insurance और compensation limit अलग concepts हैं; booking receipt पर चुनी service और charges देखें।

Tracking number, weight, invoice/value proof और packing photos delivery complete होने तक सुरक्षित रखें। Receiver से outer damage होने पर delivery proof पर remark और opening video लेने को कहें। Loss या damage में carrier की claim window और required documents जल्दी जाँचें। Seller return हो तो return address और RMA/order reference भी लिखित में लें।
